 May 30th, 2015 Coastal Martial Arts Open, Port Alberni Had a great time at the CMA Open. It was a long day - getting up early to catch the ferry there and taking the ferry home. Congrats to Joseph won a silver and gold and to Amy won two gold medals. |
    2015 CanAm International Championships, Richmond Oval Had a great time at the 36th Can-Am Tournament this year. It was a long day (8 hours!), to be sure. Lots and lots of judging and competitors. Congratulations to Amy & Joseph. He won a silver in weapons and she won the gold in instructor level 35+ forms and the Women's Grand Championship in Traditional Kung Fu 18+. Yes, the trophy is really 5 feet tall. |
